(00)Approach

We guide building owners and architects towards high-performing, durable buildings — with installations that are reliable, compliant and simple to operate.

(01)Engineering

Our craft, end to end

Neutral advice, design, tendering and supervision: a single thread from brief to handover.

[01]Owner's engineering

Assistance to the building owner (BAMO): neutral advice and clear, objective decision structures.

[02]Controls design & tendering

Vendor-neutral control system concepts and tender documents. Clear, detailed drawings and transparent comparison between integrators.

[03]BMS / EMS architecture

BACnet · KNX · Modbus integration. Centralised supervision for simpler, more sustainable operation.

[04]Audit & consulting

Analysis of existing control installations, energy-saving potential and renovation strategy.

[05]Tool development

Custom software and electronic tools that simplify controls engineering and integration.

[06]Integration & commissioning

Controller programming, functional testing, commissioning and operator training.

(02)Innovations

Tools we build ourselves

Where off-the-shelf software stops, we build our own software and electronics — to make engineering more reliable and MCR integration faster.

This technical independence delivers precise, traceable results that are reproducible from one project to the next.

(06)FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions we hear most. For anything else, wall-i answers live.

[01]What exactly is your role?

To support the building owner so the project runs smoothly and delivers an installation that works and is easy to operate. In practice: specifications, tender documents, bid review, documentation, standards compliance, system analysis and optimisation — with a KBOB nomenclature that unifies the portfolio and central supervision that simplifies daily operation.

[02]New build or renovation?

We work on new builds and renovations alike: analysis of existing installations, optimisation and a phased renovation strategy compatible with ongoing operation.

[03]Do you impose brands?

Our specifications are open to every brand: the client is never locked in and the tender stays open to as many integrators as possible. BACnet, KNX, Modbus and M-Bus all talk on a single supervision platform.

[04]Do you follow SIA and KBOB?

Our deliverables follow SIA standards and we roll out the KBOB nomenclature: standardised tagging that unifies the owner's portfolio and keeps every site readable for its operators.

[05]Which region do you cover?

Mainly across French-speaking Switzerland, from Valais. We are bilingual and also work in German-speaking Switzerland.

Your tools, one click away

Our control tools are reserved for our clients and partners. Sign in to use them — file processing stays entirely in your browser.

Available tools

[01] EDE file checker

BACnet · KBOB

Checks an EDE file line by line against the guidelines we have written: KBOB nomenclature, object types, instance numbers, notification classes and state texts. The report flags every deviation and the line it sits on — enough to send the integrator back to facts rather than impressions.

  • Drag and drop, immediate result
  • No file is uploaded: everything stays in your browser
  • Exportable check report

[02] wall-i reference

Naming · BACnet

The wall-i naming system and the BACnet objects, online: data point address generator, designation blocks, functional ranges of device numbers, pipe colours, required object types and expected properties. In French, as the directives are.

  • Address generator, copied in one click
  • Search and filters across every table
  • Taken from the wall-i directives v1.0.0

More tools will follow, as project needs arise.
