Assistance to the building owner (BAMO): neutral advice and clear, objective decision structures.
Engineering consultancy · MCR & BMS · Valais
Independent engineering consultancy in Valais — from control concept to commissioning: SIA-compliant, vendor-neutral installations that are easy to operate.
(00)Approach
We guide building owners and architects towards high-performing, durable buildings — with installations that are reliable, compliant and simple to operate.
(01)Engineering
Neutral advice, design, tendering and supervision: a single thread from brief to handover.
Assistance to the building owner (BAMO): neutral advice and clear, objective decision structures.
Vendor-neutral control system concepts and tender documents. Clear, detailed drawings and transparent comparison between integrators.
BACnet · KNX · Modbus integration. Centralised supervision for simpler, more sustainable operation.
Analysis of existing control installations, energy-saving potential and renovation strategy.
Custom software and electronic tools that simplify controls engineering and integration.
Controller programming, functional testing, commissioning and operator training.
(02)Innovations
Where off-the-shelf software stops, we build our own software and electronics — to make engineering more reliable and MCR integration faster.
This technical independence delivers precise, traceable results that are reproducible from one project to the next.
(03)Interoperability
We make heating, ventilation, lighting, energy and security talk to each other on a single supervision platform — whatever the brands installed.
(04)Disciplines
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning — control and comfort optimisation.
Boilers, heat pumps, chillers, free cooling and heat recovery, finely controlled.
Hydraulic and air networks: balancing, pumps, valves and terminal control.
DALI / KNX control, scenes and presence detection.
Sub-metering, monitoring and performance reporting.
Switchboards, power distribution and coordination with the control system.
Automated solar shading for comfort and savings.
Rolling out the KBOB nomenclature for our clients: standardised equipment tagging that keeps installations consistent, traceable and easy to operate.
(05)About
Close to the site and to the building owner, we put engineering rigour at the service of lean, durable installations that are easy to operate.
(06)FAQ
The questions we hear most. For anything else, wall-i answers live.
To support the building owner so the project runs smoothly and delivers an installation that works and is easy to operate. In practice: specifications, tender documents, bid review, documentation, standards compliance, system analysis and optimisation — with a KBOB nomenclature that unifies the portfolio and central supervision that simplifies daily operation.
We work on new builds and renovations alike: analysis of existing installations, optimisation and a phased renovation strategy compatible with ongoing operation.
Our specifications are open to every brand: the client is never locked in and the tender stays open to as many integrators as possible. BACnet, KNX, Modbus and M-Bus all talk on a single supervision platform.
Our deliverables follow SIA standards and we roll out the KBOB nomenclature: standardised tagging that unifies the owner's portfolio and keeps every site readable for its operators.
Mainly across French-speaking Switzerland, from Valais. We are bilingual and also work in German-speaking Switzerland.

Checks an EDE file line by line against the guidelines we have written: KBOB nomenclature, object types, instance numbers, notification classes and state texts. The report flags every deviation and the line it sits on — enough to send the integrator back to facts rather than impressions.
The wall-i naming system and the BACnet objects, online: data point address generator, designation blocks, functional ranges of device numbers, pipe colours, required object types and expected properties. In French, as the directives are.
More tools will follow, as project needs arise.
